    Internship Duration and Full-Time Opportunity

    This remote internship will last for three months, after which you will have the choice to apply for a full-time role, which will also remain remote. The stipend for this internship is INR 10,000.00 only. The first week (5 working days) will be a trial period. Only if your performance is deemed satisfactory, will your internship continue. If not, your internship will cease with immediate effect.


    Work Hours and Requirements

    You will be required to give 8 hours of work. Nothing more, nothing less. You will be responsible for maintaining and synchronising your work calendar by yourself. A keen interest in marketing, advertising and mar-tech is a MUST. You need to have your own laptop with the latest OS. A working internet connection is a no-brainer. Please don't hotspot your way into this. You will be using your own phone number to make/receive calls. Calls will be camera on calls. So you must find yourself in an environment that is conducive to work. You get weekends off. Any leaves you take will be unpaid during the internship.

    Job Responsibilities

    You will perform tasks such as scheduling meetings, web research, collating data, making follow-up calls, scheduling social media posts, and coordinating with internal teams, etc. You might be given more significant responsibilities while working on some important projects.

    Learning and Development

    You will work very closely with the founder, enabling you to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business. You will learn the dos and don’ts of business, negotiation skills, team handling skills, and how to work smarter. You will also interact and work directly with some high-value clients.
