We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our inside sales team as a calling profile. As a calling profile, your primary responsibility will be to make inbound & outbound calls to potential customers, engage them in meaningful conversations, and generate leads for our products or services and convert into our prospective customer. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential customers and prospects from provided leads list.
2. Engage in consultative conversations with prospects to understand their needs and identify opportunities for our products or services.
3. Your primary responsibility will be to make inbound & outbound calls to potential customers, engage them in meaningful conversations, understand their needs and convert into our prospective customer.
4. Present and demonstrate our products or services effectively, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
5. Handle objections and address any concerns or questions raised by prospects.
6. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and determine their level of interest and potential for conversion.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the sheet.
8. Coordinate with the clients on overqualified leads for further follow-up and conversion.
9. Meet or exceed individual and team-based sales targets and performance metrics.
10. Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
11. Continuously improve sales techniques and skills through ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in B2C environment.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone.
3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to influence potential customers positively.
4. Ability to understand customer needs and present suitable solutions effectively.
5. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
7. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using it to manage customer interactions.
8. Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
