    Requirement:

    Experience: 1 to 3 in Recruitment

    Mode of Operation: Work from Office

    Timing: 10:00 am to 7:00pm

    Location: 1st Floor, Raghuvanshi Mansion , Raghuwanshi Mill , NexttoPhoenix Palladium Mall ,Lower Parel , Mumbai.

    Job Description:

    You will be working with a fast-scaling team to help with the

    following -

    Recruitment

    •  You will be heading, evaluating and taking complete control on whom to hire and fire in the organization.
    •  Ensuring all targets allocated to the team are met.
    •  Make sure all requirements are closed at the stipulated time.

    Lead Sourcing

    •  All candidates' requirements are fulfilled.
    •  Making sure the CRM is updated up to date.
    •  All the reports required are maintained and updated on regular basis.
    •  Call weekly and monthly are tracked to up are numbers
    •  Tracking different channels and ideate to get new leads.
    •  Overviewing each individual requirement and checking where
    • the best and relevant leads come out.
    •  Ensuring hiring is done for the lead sourcing team as well.

    Offer Letter

    •  Ideate and Design company policies and procedures
    •  Resolving employees enquiries on the offer letter
    •  Ensuring the process are followed by the team.

    PMS

    •  Create and implement the performance and track the employees
    • KRA and KPIs
    •  Creating a PMS policies to ensure all employees are appraised based on there performance.
    •  Coordinating with the HOD to get the exact KRA and KPIs
    •  Solving employee incidents
    •  Employee incidents to be tracked and resolved
    •  Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates
    •  Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction
    • surveys).

    Training & Development

     Taking the topics and scheduled time for the training from the

    respective HODs.

     Having a maintained calendar for the each dept for their trainings

     Prepare a well-structured questionnaire and conduct test for the

    training conducted.

     Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend

    improvements.

     Ensuring corporate communication is handled effectively.

    • Payroll Processing and Management
