Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating and effective designs for both digital and print mediums. Working closely with the creative team, marketing, and clients, you will translate ideas and concepts into compelling graphics that resonate with target audiences. Your ability to balance creativity with practicality and meet project deadlines will be essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and visually appealing designs, including but not limited to logos, marketing collaterals, website graphics, social media visuals, infographics, and print materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to understand project objectives, target audiences, and design requirements.
• Produce design concepts, wireframes, and mockups that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and industry innovations to continually improve design quality and relevance.
• Create and maintain organized design files and assets for easy accessibility and future reference.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and deadlines.
• Liaise with external vendors, printers, and other partners to ensure the accurate execution of print projects.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements into digital platforms.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to interpret and transform concepts into compelling visuals.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining design consistency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to handle constructive feedback and iterate designs accordingly.
