    As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging directly with clients, understanding their IT hardware needs, and promoting our products. Your role will involve significant travel, client meetings, and relationship building.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Acquisition: Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

    Client Engagement: Meet with potential clients in person to assess their IT hardware requirements and present tailored solutions.

    Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations that resonate with client needs.

    Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

    Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute the sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

    Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

    Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM systems.

    Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure cohesive communication and alignment of sales strategies.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    1 to 4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the IT hardware industry.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

    Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

    Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.
