    Job Title: Executive Assistant

    Location: Jaipur

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team at a cutting-edge 3D printing company. The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking abilities, solid skills in MS Office Suite, and a flexible attitude to adapt to a fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations while managing daily administrative tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team.

    Organize and maintain schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.

    Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and deadlines.

    Handle confidential information and manage the flow of information in a discreet and efficient manner.

    Assist with organizing events, meetings, and conferences.

    Manage daily office operations and ensure all office needs are met.

    Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).

    Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

    Problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.

    Work Schedule:

    6-day working week

    Full-time, onsite role
