Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

Identify potential affiliate partners and onboard them onto our network.

Coordinate the delivery of campaigns, ensuring timely execution and meeting client objectives.

Monitor and optimise campaign performance, analysing key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.

Provide regular performance reports to affiliate partners and internal teams.

Investigate and resolve any delivery or performance issues that may arise.

Stay informed about industry trends and affiliate marketing best practices.

Assist in negotiating terms and commissions with affiliate partners.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or campaign delivery.

Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and strategies.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret performance data.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.

Proficiency in using data analysis tools.

Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and third-party tracking tools like Swaarm, Offerslook, Affise, Trackier etc is a plus.
