Job Description:
Responsibilities:
-As a Channel Manager you will ensure our products and assets are created and deployed perfectly across several 3rd party retailer websites.
-You will manage the backend of the shopify for the brand’s own website.
-Maintain the stock line sheet of products & make updates as products are sold, new SKU’s added to reflect any prices, discounts and promotions.
-Audit all online listings on a weekly basis and ensure that any errors are fixed.
-Develop strong relationships with various E-commerce representatives to help drive sales.
-Collect data and create analysis & performance reports using the following information: top selling products, competitor performance, advertising mechanisms etc; to forecast sales and manage inventory
-Work with the design team to help develop best in class advertising creatives and ensure brand is represented well across all platforms.
-Recommend e-commerce (online ) store promotions in consultation with the vendors and ecommerce portal.
-Continually review and optimize search and positioning strategies to significantly grow relevance for key SKUs through in-depth keyword research
-Be responsible for managing the new collection launches across portals with a synced advertisement campaign of the brand.
-Create the merchandizing strategy to ensure key- products are featured prominently, and cross-sell & up-sell opportunities are maximized
-Determine appropriate pricing for SKUs to ensure competitiveness and margins
-Identify new business opportunities to grow online presence across international e-commerce websites.
-Give us online sales data every fortnight and liaison with in-house SM marketing team to see performance of social media ads.
Qualifications and Skills:
-0-1 years of experience in E-commerce management and marketing
-Great analytical skills
-Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
-Experience working on Shopify.
-Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong understanding of various social media portals.
-Ability to manage the workload & conflicting priorities to meet deadlines
-Proactive and resourceful in solving problems, making decisions and achieving goals.
