    Designation/Role: E-commerce Manager

    Responsibilities:

     Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and projects for our e-commerce business.

     Marketplace Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of the unique terms, practices, and trends associated with different online marketplaces.

     Opportunity Identification: Continuously identify potential business opportunities across various e-commerce platforms to expand our market reach.

     Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research on product listing guidelines and optimize content using effective keywords for enhanced visibility.

     Product Optimization: Ensure all products are listed and optimized to meet the highest standards on our website and various marketplaces.

     Website Management: Take charge of e-commerce websites, including pricing strategies, product descriptions, and content management.

     Customer Engagement: Monitor and respond to product ratings and reviews, implementing improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

     Catalogue Growth: Oversee product catalogue management and account handling, strategically planning for business growth.

     Financial Management: Understand and manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) for seller accounts, ensuring profitability.

     Website Enhancement: Create briefs and wireframes for website updates and effectively manage page builds to improve user experience.

     Product Listing Optimization: Optimize product listings, both existing and for new product launches, to maximize visibility and sales.

     Promotions Execution: Execute trading and promotional activities in a timely manner to boost sales and brand visibility.

     Content Accuracy: Conduct daily reviews of the website, ensuring accurate product information, categorization, and placement.

    Qualifications:

    - Proven experience in an E-commerce Manager or similar role, demonstrating successful e-commerce platform management.

    - Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data for informed decision-making.

    - Proficiency in e-commerce tools, platforms, and content management systems.

    - Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    - Excellent communication and project management skills.

    - Results-driven mind set with a focus on key performance metrics.

    Preferred:

    - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    - Experience with e-commerce operations in diverse industries.

    - Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and optimize e-commerce performance.
