Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing efforts. The role involves leveraging various digital channels to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaigns: Assist in creating, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, email, and content marketing.
SEO/SEM: Support the optimization of the company website for search engines to improve organic search rankings. Manage paid search campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Social Media Management: Develop and schedule content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to engage with the target audience and build brand loyalty.
Content Creation: Assist in the creation of high-quality content for blogs, social media, emails, and other marketing materials to attract and engage customers.
Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows. Track and report on campaign performance.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms.
Website Management: Assist in updating and maintaining the company website, ensuring it is optimized for performance and user experience.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, target audiences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content teams to develop creative assets that align with campaign objectives.
Basic Knowledge of Develop creative design concepts, such as logos, brochures, flyers, posters, infographics, and layouts for various digital and print media including package design, advertisements, and social media content.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Previous experience in digital marketing or a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
Creative problem-solving abilities.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
