Roles and Responsibilities 

• Lead the Digital Transformation : Drive the development of web applications

using the MEAN stack. Your mission: ensure optimal performance , scalability ,

and maintainability.

• Craft the Backend Magic Design and implement backend APIs, services, and

business logic using Node.js and Express.js.

• Unlock Speed and Scalability : Optimize applications for speed and scalability,

tackling bottlenecks on both the frontend and backend.

• Create from Scratch : Build features and modules from scratch, breathing life

into ideas 

• Maintain Excellence : Keep the existing features and modules in top shape,

ensuring they meet the highest standards .

• Risk Tamer : Identify, track, and mitigate risks to the product, ensuring smooth

sailing .

• Scalable Solutions : Develop solutions that are easily scalable, high-speed, real-

time, configurable, deployable, and secure in a SaaS environment, using cutting-

edge open source tech .

• Stay Ahead of the Curve : Keep a pulse on new technologies, trends,

architectures, and implementation techniques that can supercharge our applications

• Debugging Guru : Dive into features, squashing bugs, and ensuring everything

runs seamlessly .

• Documentation Aficionado : Review relevant product documentation, ensuring

clarity and accuracy 

• The Full Picture: Understand the complete software development lifecycle, from

use-case analysis and UX design reviews to development, debugging, and

deployment .

Requirements 

• Educational Background : A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar

relevant field is a plus.

• Code Ninja : You bring strong coding experience with at least 3+ years under

your belt.

• Tech Toolkit : You're well-versed in Microservices, JMS/RabbitMQ/Kafka,

AWS/Azure Cloud , HTML5, Node, SASS, and Docker .

• Full Stack Expertise : You have at least two years of experience with the Full

Stack paradigm.

• MEAN Master : You possess in-depth knowledge of NodeJS, Angular 8+, and

MySQL.

• Cloud Whisperer : Experience with cloud technologies is a significant advantage.

• Web Wizardry You've worked on web development projects that involved

optimizing performance , scaling infrastructure , handling high traffic , and

creating public-facing web applications .

• Cutting-Edge Curiosity : You're excited about modern technology stacks,

including Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence , and Microservices .

• Design Jedi : You have a solid grasp of software architecture and design patterns

.

• Version Control : You're familiar with version control systems, preferably Git.
