    Job Description:- Sr. Tele Sales Executive 

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr.Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales and revenue through outbound telephone calls to potential customers. Your goal will be to engage prospects, build relationships, and convert leads into customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for sales.

    Responsibilities:

    • Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists or databases.

    • Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs, gathering information, and assessing their potential interest in our products/services.

    • Deliver persuasive sales pitches to engage prospects, overcome objections, and close deals.

    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.

    • Accurately record and update customer information, sales activities, and outcomes in our CRM system.

    • Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but haven't made a purchase yet, providing additional information and addressing any questions or concerns.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Sr. Tele Sales Executive or similar role.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

    • Good knowledge of sales principles and techniques.

    • Results-driven with a customer-focused mindset.

    Experience

    • Experience 2 to 4yrs in sales.

    • Real estate experience preferred

    • Inside sales: 1 year (Preferred)

    • Only Female Candidate 

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's (Preferred)
