Position Summary: We're looking for a Service Engineer who is passionate about customer service and has a strong background in engineering. The ideal candidate will be able to learn the company’s products thoroughly, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. We're looking for someone who is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our customers are satisfied

Key Activities & Responsibilities: 

• Work with customers to address their concerns, recommending solutions accordingly

• Provide support to sales department as needed

• Promote Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with the existing clients

• Supporting customers through technical and administrative activities

• Understanding customer needs and concerns

• Providing a high level of customer service

• Preparing and submitting service reports

• Providing technical direction to the team

• Participating in the training of new team members
