  • Job Description:

    As a Corporate Trainer within you will play a key role in delivering top-level training programs to corporate clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a blend of classroom-based and online training methodologies, ensuring that our clients' employees receive high-quality learning experiences. You will work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and clients to customize training solutions that address specific learning needs and objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Training Delivery:

    Conduct in-person classroom training sessions for corporate clients.

    Facilitate online training sessions, webinars, and virtual instructor-led training (VILT) as needed.

    Adapt training methodologies to suit the unique needs of each client and audience.

    2. Content Customization:

    Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to customize training materials to meet client-specific learning objectives.

    Ensure that training content aligns with industry best practices and client expectations.

    3. Curriculum Development:

    Assist in the development of training curricula and materials for both classroom and online training formats.

    Create engaging and interactive learning content to enhance comprehension and retention.

    4. Needs Assessment:

    Conduct training needs assessments for clients to identify knowledge gaps and training requirements.

    Provide recommendations for tailored training solutions based on assessment findings.

    5. Evaluation and Feedback:

    Implement evaluation mechanisms to assess training effectiveness.

    Collect and analyze feedback from participants to continuously improve training programs.

    6. Technology Integration:

    Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms to manage training materials, track learner progress, and administer assessments.

    7. Stakeholder Engagement:

    Communicate and collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure training programs align with corporate goals.

    Build and maintain strong client relationships.

    8. Stay Updated:

    Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in corporate training and blended learning.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Training, Business, or a related discipline. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
    • Experience: Proven experience as a corporate trainer, preferably in a third-party training or consulting environment.
    • Blended Learning Expertise: Strong understanding of blended learning methodologies, including classroom, virtual, and online training.
    • Instructional Design: Familiarity with instructional design principles and the ability to work collaboratively with instructional designers.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
    • Technology Proficiency: Competence in using learning management systems, e-learning authoring tools, and virtual training platforms.
    • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt training approaches to different industries, topics, and client needs.
    • Client-Focused: A customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to collect and analyze data to assess training effectiveness.
    • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and facilitation skills for both in-person and virtual training environments.
