Location: Hyderabad (Day one Onsite)
Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Notice Period: Immediate to 10 days

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in US staffing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the US staffing industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US staffing market.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the US staffing industry.
Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to stay competitive.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful placements.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations.
Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Contract Negotiation and Management:
Negotiate terms and conditions of staffing contracts with clients.
Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and company policies.
Manage and renew client contracts as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the US staffing industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Skills:
Strong understanding of the US staffing market and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
