BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - BRAND MARKETING SPECIALIST
Young, Dynamic and Impressive Sales team member required for a Business Development, Marketing and Sales Team Role for Sensorial Marketing / Speciality Innovations Vertical which is involved in supply of Marketing concepts / Marketing Collaterals/ Brand Promotion Materials and Brand Protection Materials targeting sales to Brands such as Unilever, L’Oreal, P&G, Godrej, Marico, Beiersdorf, etc.
The Role involves a combination of :
Business Development (Brands)+ Client Servicing Sales+ Key Account Mgmt.+ Mktg
- Business Development / Client Servicing
o Develop Enquiries from Brands (Brand Managers / R&D / Packaging Development/ Agencies)
o Crisp Communication on Emails and Calls to seek meetings
o Timely Quotations, Negotiations and follow-ups leading to PO and Collection as applicable
o Visits / Presentations and meetings for Brief and Concept Co-creation
o Creating/ Managing promotional collateral to establish/ maintain product branding
- Co-ordination / Executive Responsibilities
o Order execution and Operational Servicing
o Complete internal co-ordination as required
- Creative Role
o Ideate and co-create with brand teams / R&D Teams / Agencies on the Brand side
o Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities (Idea Brief – Concept Development and Co-creation - Proof of concept – Sample – Development – Order)
o Co-ordinate the creative design development process
- Marketing
o Marketing Communication for Speciality Vertical + entire group
o Digital Marketing, Google Adwords, Website, etc. to be covered
o Knowledge of Creative Softwares Corel Draw, AI and PS are a plus point
Must Haves
- Tech Savvy - Email PPT Excel Word PDF etc
- Good written & Spoken English and communication
- Smart, young (30-38), pleasant and presentable
- Self Driven, Motivated and Dynamic
Preferred
- Existing Contacts with Brand Managers - eg Godrej, Unilever, Kelloggs, L'Oreal, Mondelez, etc
- > 3 years work experience - preferably working with brands in sales / client servicing position at an Ad Agency or at Packaging Company.
Qualifications
- MBA or Post-graduate qualification will be preferred – or -
- Degree in Business, Advertising and Marketing, from a reputed Institute

Current Reporting Location:
Head office at 401, E-Square, Subhash Road, Vile Parle (East), Mumbai – 400057
+ Sales visits to clients as maybe required on daily / weekly basis
