    Job Description: Business Development Executive (Real Estate)

    Position Overview:

    The Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a crucial role in the real estate sector by conducting cold calling to high net-worth individuals (HNIs), ultra-high net-worth individuals (UHNIs), and non-resident Indians (NRIs) to generate leads. This position involves lead generation, communication with potential clients, and passing qualified leads to the Sourcing Manager. We welcome interns or freshers with excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and proficiency in MS Office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to HNIs, UHNIs, and NRIs to introduce our real estate offerings and identify potential leads.

    Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques on a daily basis.

    Lead Handover: Pass qualified leads to the Sourcing Manager for further follow-up and conversion into opportunities.

    Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with potential clients to understand their requirements, address queries, and nurture relationships.

    Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to lead generation activities, including call logs, lead status updates, and client interactions.

    Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Sourcing Manager and other team members to streamline lead management processes and achieve sales targets.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Pleasing personality with a customer-centric approach.

    Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements.

    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

    Bachelor's degree must

    Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus but not mandatory.
