    0-3 Years of Experience.

    Mode of Operations: Work from Office

    Timing: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

    Location:-1st Floor, Raghuwanshi Mansion , Raghuwanshi Mill , Next to Phoenix Palladium Mall, Lower Parel, Mumbai.

    Job Description:

    • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base of the lodge and ensure its strong presence among the Travel Agents – both domestic and inbound
    • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to ensure fulfilment of revenue goals
    • Study the existing customer base, all sales channels and devise and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets
    • Generate leads and close new deals
    • Meet with travel agents, customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our product, provide feedback to the Operations team etc.
    • Maintain information, doing budget v/s. actual comparison, variance analysis, provide daily
    • reports and communicate to superiors, work on course correction, if required.
    • To manage and train the sales team working directly under you, to make sure they are being tried to the best of their ability
    • To provide sales projections during each quarter to the entire team
    • Visit trade shows and represent the lodge and product


    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.

    Ability to dawn leadership sales position

    Track record of superior performance metrics

    Excellent negotiation skills

    Strong decision-making abilities

    Able to travel up to two weeks per month

    Strong communication skills and IT fluency. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and


    Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

    Excellent organizational skills.

    Proactive, with the ability to handle uncertainty.
