    Role Objective The Associate Business Development (B2B) will be responsible for identifying relevant businesses that can be onboarded on the platform and ensuring the onboarded businesses are serviced and continue to use our services. Job Description - Create a monthly plan for Business Development along with geographic targeting and break it down into weekly targets - Bucket different areas under geographies and create a list of targeted businesses that fall under our TG - Strategize, plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and events to achieve the monthly targets - Plan market/field visits/business meetings to present our platform and the features and seek closure/onboarding of the businesses - Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding and verification of the businesses/clients and initiate the first listing/posting/transaction - Daily/Weekly/Fortnightly review the progress of the businesses onboarded, their activities and conversions - Identify opportunities that can be cross leveraged for opportunities and closure and guide the operations team to bucket the data and plan an email campaign for the same - Provide timely support for any issues, escalations - Conduct monthly reviews and seek feedback from businesses and summarize platform tweaks and changes if necessary - Provide summarized feedback to the product team and digital marketing team on a fortnight basis - Key Performance Indicators - No. of Employers Onboarded - BD Conversion Rate (Businesses Met vs Onboarded) - Renewal Rate - Referral Rate of Businesses Onboarded - Conversions of Businesses Onboarded Approach, Skills & Tools - Keen interest in Market and Industry Research - Result Oriented and able to work under pressure - Excellent in Relationship Management - Excellent presentation and communication skills and eye for detailing - Well-versed with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word - Knowledge and hands-on with Advanced Excel with Data Analysis, PivotTables, Data Slicers and Formulas
