Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Exhibition and Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing exhibitions, trade shows, and sales events to promote our products/services and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage all aspects of exhibitions and sales events, including budgeting, logistics, and promotion.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling exhibition displays and materials.
Identify and secure suitable exhibition and event venues.
Coordinate booth setup, teardown, and logistics, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing presentation.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth during events.
Train and manage a team of sales representatives and event staff.
Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, vendors, and industry partners.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and sales revenue.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Manage post-event follow-up activities, including lead nurturing and conversion.
Ensure compliance with all event-related legal and safety requirements.
Travel as needed to attend exhibitions and sales events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Proven experience in exhibition management and sales, preferably in [relevant industry].
