  • Job Description:

    1. Assist the Sales Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers.

    2. Interact with Distributors, Dealers, Clubs for monthly orders and issues.

    3. Coordinate Orders from On Field Sales Executives.

    4. Supervise daily sales activities, including processing customer orders.

    5. Manage customer portfolio and sales pipeline, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

    6. Prepare, distribute and communicate Quotations with Distributors.

    7. Ensure Documentation for Order to Dispatch (for all sales)

    8. Supervise and Manage the Repair and Servicing workflow.

    9. Periodic Reconciliation with Accounts team to ensure updated data in ERP.

    10. Maintain Communication with Customers through various channels like WhatsApp and Emails.

    11. Identifying and training subordinates or new recruit as and when required.

    12. Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.)

    13. Track, measure, and report on sales performance data, including sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

    14. Ensure all sales and service objectives are met in accordance with company directives and established sales targets.

    15. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

    16. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors.

    17. Liaise with the marketing and production departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.

    18. Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales displays to the marketing department.

    19. Monitor and respond to customer issues and queries on social media platform under guidance of Sales Manager.

    20. Any other activity / activities as per project requirement communicated by Management.

    21. Ensure 5S and Kaizen implementation on regular basis.

    Competencies

    1. Proven experience in Sales and customer service

    2. Excellent Communication and Writing skills [English]

    3. Good Understanding of Social Media Platforms and their usage

    4. Good in MS office or similar applications

    5. Good Negotiation and customer service skills

    6. Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/ Tally / ERPNext)

    Graduate - Bachelor’s in Marketing or communications (Preferred)
