Job Description:-
- Sales & Marketing / Business Development
- Forecasting sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thus enhancing clientele.
- Identifying prospective clients, generating business from existing accounts and increasing sales growth.
- Carrying out regular feedback analysis, competitor, position market survey and formulated action plan.
- Organizing sales promotional programs & participating in exhibitions for greater brand visibility.
- Conducting competitor analysis by constantly keeping abreast of market trends.
- Handling sales promotional activities for focused products while ensuring their availability, timely distribution, etc.
- Channel Sales (Dealers Network), Secondary Sales Support, Market Analysis, Potential clients survey & Targets Achievement.
- Sales generated & Clients increased, Business increased.
Education Qualification:
- 4 to 8 years of experience.
- Any Engineer, MBA Marketing - preferred
- Should have the basic Mechanical engineering knowledge
- Should be aware of the trial process of various products like Files / HSS Drills / Abrasives etc.
- Should have the attitude to handle routine technical complaints.
- No issues in handling operator level peoples.
- Excellent analytical skills to logical conclusions from the available data like Sales Trends, Competition, Pricing etc.
- Result oriented Decision Making & Business Acumen and Analysis of Data.
- Excellent communication, Presentation and interpersonal skills
