    Job Description:-

    • Sales & Marketing / Business Development
    • Forecasting sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thus enhancing clientele.
    • Identifying prospective clients, generating business from existing accounts and increasing sales growth.
    • Carrying out regular feedback analysis, competitor, position market survey and formulated action plan.
    • Organizing sales promotional programs & participating in exhibitions for greater brand visibility.
    • Conducting competitor analysis by constantly keeping abreast of market trends.
    • Handling sales promotional activities for focused products while ensuring their availability, timely distribution, etc.
    • Channel Sales (Dealers Network), Secondary Sales Support, Market Analysis, Potential clients survey & Targets Achievement.
    • Sales generated & Clients increased, Business increased.

    Education Qualification:

    • 4 to 8 years of experience.
    • Any Engineer, MBA Marketing - preferred
    • Should have the basic Mechanical engineering knowledge
    • Should be aware of the trial process of various products like Files / HSS Drills / Abrasives etc.
    • Should have the attitude to handle routine technical complaints.
    • No issues in handling operator level peoples.
    • Excellent analytical skills to logical conclusions from the available data like Sales Trends, Competition, Pricing etc.
    • Result oriented Decision Making & Business Acumen and Analysis of Data.
    • Excellent communication, Presentation and interpersonal skills
