    Role Objective:

    The Sales Manager role would be responsible for achieving the overall sales targets and complete collections from their territory and include new customer acquisition and managing the existing clients.

    Role Responsibilities:

    Increase clients/accounts by on-boarding new clients and manage existing clients/accounts in the assigned territory.

    Ensure personal and Company’s Sales targets are met on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.

    Generate leads via calls, meetings on a daily basis. Ensure to obtain orders and generate revenue for the Company.

    Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly Plans.

    Technical Competency - Participate in all assigned training modules to gain product knowledge.

    Update clients about the various marketing and promotions schemes, and new products launches.

    Invite clients for various events and training conducted at the branch/events.

    Coordinate and work closely with respective support functions to provide the necessary pre--post sales support to clients to provide best services experience. 

    Ensure timely collection of all outstanding receivables. Help in resolving all outstanding reconciliation issues on a periodic basis

    Align with Branch Technical to resolve after-sales-support / warranty issues.

    Continuously monitor developments in the market competition activities, and ensure timely communication to the reporting manager product marketing team.

    Reports to the Branch as and when required for various meetings/training etc. 

    Adhere to both online and offline reporting formats timelines.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    Should have 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales.

    Working/worked with Cummins will be beneficial.

    Candidates with experience in Industrial Sales, MRO/Corporate products will be 

    highly preferred.

    It is mandatory to have basic commercial and technical knowledge

    Go-getter with ability to sell daily/weekly/monthly (With outstanding Payments collections)

    Good written oral communication skills in English local language

    Person having their own vehicle is preferred 

    Knowledge / Skills:

    Focused, high energy, team player, strong ethics, excellent communication skills (well-spoken and well-presented), good in relationship/rapport building, good negotiating skills, technology savvy, with willingness to travel. Good problem solving skills, aggressive good follow-ups, good industry networks

    Education : 

    B.E./ Diploma in Engineering/ MBA
