  • Job Description:

    We are looking for Account manager for one of our dynamic client.

    Role & Responsibilities

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients

    Understand clients need and objectives and work with the internal teams to successfully deliver the varying requirements of UX projects.

    Work with project teams to develop project plans, schedules and budgets.

    Project documentation - project plans, risk and issue registers, and status reports.

    Provide regular project status updates to clients and stakeholders.

    Execute regular governance meetings between internal teams and relevant stakeholders on the clients side, capture MoMs, report them and follow through on action items.

    Keep an eye on project risks and escalate issues where needed to prevent threats from going out of hands, hampering the project's success.

    Project scope, objectives and deliverables are clearly defined and understood by all the stakeholders.

    Staying vigilant for changing requirements and ensuring any additions to the original scope are captured, negotiated with a proper statement of work and pricing, and approved before implementation.

    Follow through and coordinate on time for all the tasks related to purchase orders, time sheets, billing, and payments.

    Ideal Candidate

    6+ years of work experience in the IT/Technology Service Industry.

    3+ years in project management, accounts management, and Buisness development.

    Experience managing annual contracts (made up of multiple projects)

    Excellent communication and project management skills

    A 'business' mindset with an ability to engage in 'sales' coversation is preferred

    Deligent, pursuasive, and collaborative mindset to work closely with wide-ranging skills like Technical, Operational, Financial, Business.

    Good relationship-building skills by regularly meeting with customers and prospects in person, as a result; the role will include some travel
