  • Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for their advertising needs.

    Understand client goals and objectives, and collaborate with the team to develop tailored advertising strategies.

    Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.

    Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvements.

    Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and results.

    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide strategic guidance to clients.

    Handle client queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

    Min 1 year of experience in account management in the digital advertising industry.

    Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including third-party tracking tools like SWAARM, Offerslook, Affise, Trackier etc.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.

    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

    Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

    Client-focused attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
