Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and lead generation

- Plan and manage SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns

- Lead a team of digital marketers and coordinate with content, design, and sales teams

- Monitor and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.

- Optimize campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.) to maximize ROI

- Create and manage paid ads and organic growth plans

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

- Maintain and optimize the company website, landing pages, and user journeys

Required Skills

- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and performance marketing

- Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, and web analytics

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and analytical thinking

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
