Position: Customer Success Executive

Reporting To: Founder's Office – Product & Customer Success Lead

Experience: 0-1 (Freshers are welcome)

🎯 Role Objective

To build strong and ongoing relationships with employer clients (talent seekers) on the InRadius platform. This role is key to improving employer satisfaction, platform engagement, conversion to paid plans, and long-term retention. You will be the first point of support and relationship-building for employers, ensuring they maximize value from the platform.

🧑‍💻 Core Responsibilities

1. Employer Onboarding & Support

Conduct onboarding for all new employer sign-ups through calls, walkthroughs, or WhatsApp support.

Help employers complete their company profiles, verify details, and post their first job.

2. Engagement & Usage Activation

Monitor employer activity and proactively engage those with low platform usage.

Share tips, best practices, and success stories to encourage deeper platform engagement.

Follow up on job posting progress and hiring outcomes to complete the feedback loop.

3. Paid Plan Conversion

Understand employer hiring needs to pitch relevant paid plans and features.

Highlight benefits of premium access, visibility boosts, and curated shortlists to convert free users into paying clients.

4. Relationship Building & Retention

Maintain regular contact with employers to build trust and rapport.

Address concerns, feature requests, or dissatisfaction empathetically and promptly.

Collaborate with Product and Growth leads to relay actionable employer insights.

5. CRM & Task Management

Keep detailed activity logs and engagement statuses updated in the CRM.

Follow daily/weekly schedules for callbacks, emails, renewals, and retention discussions.

Support periodic reporting on satisfaction and retention metrics.
