Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to manage essential back-office functions and support our sales and purchase operations. Prepare and handle sales and purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. 
  • Manage debit and credit notes efficiently, maintaining proper documentation and records. 
  • Respond promptly to email inquiries and follow up on mail correspondence to ensure excellent communication flow. 
  • Oversee key roles within the back-office administration, supporting overall operational efficiency. 
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency in English to facilitate clear communication. 
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data management, reporting, and analysis. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline administrative processes. 
  • Maintain organized records of invoices, notes, and correspondence for audit and reference purposes. 
  • Assist in other administrative duties as required to support business operations.
