Job Description:

- Manage debit and credit notes efficiently, maintaining proper documentation and records.
- Respond promptly to email inquiries and follow up on mail correspondence to ensure excellent communication flow.
- Oversee key roles within the back-office administration, supporting overall operational efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in English to facilitate clear communication.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline administrative processes.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, notes, and correspondence for audit and reference purposes.
- Assist in other administrative duties as required to support business operations.
