Job Description:

Location: Greater Noida 

Industry: Furniture & Interior Design

Experience: 2–4 years in B2C or B2B sales

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in-store and virtually to understand their furniture and interior design needs.

Present product features, benefits, and customization options effectively.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and quotations.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, interior designers, and architects.

Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and design innovations.

Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.

Handle post-sales support, including addressing customer concerns and feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record in sales, preferably in furniture or interior design.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

A passion for interior design and customer service.
