Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth. Your role will be crucial in expanding the company’s presence in the competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and nurture leads through various channels (online, referrals, site visits).
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients.
Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.
Develop strong client relationships and maintain long-term engagement.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign execution.
Attend property site visits and facilitate client walkthroughs.
Prepare and deliver sales pitches and proposals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Freshers Or Experience both can apply

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
