We're looking for an Field Operation Executive - Open to work on Field 60% and office 40%
Fresher Graduate are Welcome

to join our forex company in Pune. As an Operations Executive, you'll be in charge 

of managing the day-to-day operations of our forex trading business. This includes 

keeping an eye on trades, managing risks, and making sure payments to clients and 

suppliers are made on time.

To be successful in this role, you need to be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to 

work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor trades and manage risk exposure according to our company's policies and 

procedures.

• Make sure payments to clients and suppliers are accurate and made on time.

• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies as needed.

• Ensure that client account information is reconciled accurately and in a timely 

manner.

• Work with other teams within the company to improve operational processes and 

reduce costs.

• Keep accurate records of operational procedures.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of banking experience.

• Strong analytical skills to identify and assess operational risks.

• The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
