Account Manager

Experience

• 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance with strong Controllership and R2R expertise.

• 5+ years of people leadership, including 2+ years as a second-line manager leading managers/team leads.

• Experience in Project Accounting or Contract Accounting is preferred.

• Prior experience in Shared Services or Global Finance Operations is strongly preferred.

• Strong exposure to SOX, internal controls, and audit management.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Controllership (R2R) to lead Record-to-Report accounting operations for the Asia-Pacific region within our Global Shared Services organization. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across core accounting, reconciliation, and reporting processes.

Education & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.

• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
