Overview
This role focuses on driving sales and marketing efforts for industrial automation products including drives, motors, switchgears, and PLCs. The position involves managing relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and end-users to deliver tailored automation solutions that meet customer needs and expand market presence.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with OEMs, system integrators, and end-user clients to promote and sell automation products.
- Analyze customer requirements and design appropriate technical solutions involving drives, motors, switchgears, and PLCs.
- Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve targets.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation products such as drives, motors, switchgears, and PLCs.
- Experience in sales and marketing within the industrial or automation sector.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and translate customer needs into effective solutions.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with OEM and system integrator business models.
- Proficiency in preparing commercial offers and managing sales pipelines.
