About This Role

The Operations Associate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of operational processes that support partner and internal team objectives. This role involves managing contracts and data workflows, preparing high-quality reports, coordinating partner deliverables, supporting events, and driving cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What You Will Be Doing

Manage end-to-end operational workflows, including contract processing and data management across internal platforms.

Prepare accurate and insightful operational and performance reports for stakeholders.

Coordinate the creation and delivery of partner assets in collaboration with internal teams.

Support the planning, logistics, and execution of events, ensuring smooth delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement projects and process improvements.

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and system updates to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.

About You 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, business coordination, or process management.
  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or service-driven industries preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Airtable or similar workflow tools is an advantage.
