Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Execute order attainment and order fulfillment processes. Provide support for assigned customer group and sales organization.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and detect reasons for logistic problems arising.
- Prepare and execute quotations and standardized offerings, or support the sales process with respective services.
- Coordinate deliveries with departments, suppliers, logistic providers and customers, and provide pricing, availability and delivery information.
- Provide pricing, availability and schedule information.
- Record and process orders and inquiries, track order activity and early alert issues in order or delivery process.
Your Qualifications
- Vocationally trained in Business Administration, Engineering
- 3 to 5 years
OR
- Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Engineering
- 3 to 5 years
