Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated sales team to achieve defined commercial objectives for an assigned market segment (territory, sector, product). Drive team performance to meet sales targets and foster strong customer relationships.
- Steer the entire sales process of business acquisition, customer inquiry processing, negotiations of terms and conditions, contract closing for delivery- and general contracts, and order processing in the assigned market segment.
- Ensure quotation preparation in his/her team including both technical and commercial aspects in the assigned market segment.
- Responsibility for the negotiation and closing of framework contracts, which need to be approved by the corresponding managing level.
- Direct the budget planning process and consolidation for the assigned market segment.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Your Qualifications
- Vocationally trained in Business Administration, Engineering
- 5 to 10 years
OR
- Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Engineering
- 5 to 10 years
