Job Overview:
The candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and end-to-end onboarding. This role requires a deep understanding of IT solutions and services and a passion for sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate leads for IT sales opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
• Present IT solutions and services effectively to potential clients
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
• Ensure smooth on boarding and account management post-sales
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
3-5 years of proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development
Strong understanding of IT solutions, software, and services
Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and on boarding
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales automation is a plus
