Job Description:
What You Will Do:
- Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Build a robust sales pipeline by targeting both new and existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the external sales team to develop territory growth strategies and close deals.
- Conduct structured sales calls to understand customer requirements and position Enerpac solutions effectively.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations virtually, highlighting ROI and technical benefits.
- Work with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track opportunities, forecast sales, and report progress.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on Enerpac’s product portfolio, industry trends, and competitor activities.
What Makes You An Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or technical sales (preferably in industrial products, capital equipment, or engineering solutions).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Experience of using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipelines.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
