We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth in the NAP segment (UPVC, PVC, WPC). The role includes project sales, managing influencer networks, and building strong relationships with architects, contractors, interior designers, and key project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in UPVC, PVC, and WPC categories.
- Manage end-to-end project sales from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and interior designers.
- Conduct regular visits to project sites, architect offices, and channel partners.
- Engage and expand influencer networks to strengthen brand visibility and conversions.
- Provide product presentations, technical support, and pricing discussions.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
- Ensure regular reporting of sales activities, funnel management, and target achievements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
- Maintain strong follow-ups for timely closures and payments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the building materials industry.
- Proven experience in project sales and influencer/architect handling.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
- Smart, confident, and skilled at building professional relationships.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for project and influencer visits.

- Strong understanding of project sales cycles.
- Ability to build trust and long-term rapport with influencers and architects.
- Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented.
