Job Description:

Office Assistant 

Monday to Satuirday 10am to 6.30pm

Location: Marol, Andheri, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

Data management, entry, and maintaining databases

Performing market research and processing research data

Basic administrative duties like printing, emailing, ordering supplies

Assisting sales and front office teams

Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills

Scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and updating calendars

Inventory control and office equipment management

Handling customer inquiries and forwarding complaints if necessary

Qualifications and Skills

Graduate or Undergraduate with 6 Months to 2 yrs work experience

Prior experience in office executive or back office roles

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and within a team

This role is crucial for the efficient handling of backend processes that support the front office and overall company operations.​
