What You’ll Do:
- Identify and qualify potential customers through inbound channels.
- Engage with prospects via phone, email, and other digital platforms to understand their needs and present solutions.
Provide product demonstrations, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Assist in identifying process improvement op
portunities and help implement changes under guidance. - Contribute to the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures
- (SOPs) for efficient operations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and assist in small automation tasks where possible.
- Play a key role in ensuring a smooth post-purchase journey for customers,
- addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Track and report key performance metrics, such as response and ticket handling time, helping the team meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with product, marketing, and operations teams to support ongoing improvements.
- Learn to use data and customer interaction trends to support strategic decision-making across the Customer Experience function.

Qualifications:
● 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Account Management or similar role.
● Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to learning and collaboration.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and eager to grow with the team.
● Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools, support ticketing systems, or customer experience platforms.
