Job Description:
Role Summary:
We are looking for a driven and skilled Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging with potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
We’re not just selling HVAC grills and diffusers. We’re building the future of air distribution - efficient, sustainable, and engineered for comfort. We’re looking for someone who can take that story to consultants, architects, and contractors - and turn conversations into long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Build a consistent sales pipeline by identifying upcoming projects, consultant specifications, and new opportunities in HVAC, commercial, and institutional segments.
- Engage with consultants, architects, and MEP contractors - understanding their project needs and positioning Goodwind’s products as the preferred choice.
- Convert drawings and BOQs into actionable sales - you’ll learn to read airflow specs, diffuser layouts, and propose optimized solutions.
- Own the entire sales cycle: outreach, presentation, pricing, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with our design, production, and logistics teams to ensure client satisfaction from inquiry to dispatch.
- Represent Goodwind at industry events, exhibitions, and consultant meetings - becoming the face of our brand in your territory.
Prerequisites:
- You have a solid 1 to 3 years of B2B sales experience - preferably in HVAC, building materials, or construction supply.
- You understand how projects move from design to procurement and where to create value in that chain.
- You can explain technical concepts clearly, and you listen twice as much as you talk.
- You care about quality and credibility - you’d rather build a relationship than push a one-time order.
- You’re organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-moving, growth-stage company.
- Ability to multitask and manage lead workflow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
