Job Description:
JOB ROLE:
We are looking for a Fresher/experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team develop strategies for our fast growing home hardware business. This position requires an individual who is highly organized, results-driven, and passionate about our business.
This is a long-term role, and we are specifically seeking candidates who can commit to at least 1 year.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for D2C, B2B, Channel Partners, Exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Sell our products in our studio and recruit a team of sales professionals.
- Research and analyze the competition to identify our unique selling points.
- Create and maintain a sales funnel and CRM that is easy to use and keeps us on top of things.
- Keep optimizing our strategy to ensure optimal performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners & employees.
- Create a sales pipeline and funnel to track progress and ensure success.
- Conduct market research to help keep us on top of things.
JOB TYPE
Full - Time| On-Site : Sadashivnagar, Bangalore.
Minimum Commitment period: 1 year
Experience level - Fresher/Experienced candidates [0-2 years]

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Salary:₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience).
- Performance-based bonuses and yearly bonus.
