About the Role
Core Responsibilities
- Develop strong product intuition by interpreting customer problems, business needs, and opportunities with moderate guidance.
- Build world-class product capabilities by defining product vision, maintaining the roadmap, and collaborating with engineering and UX.
- Act as the voice of the customer for engineering teams; prioritize the product backlog based on customer value and business impact.
- Use metrics and data to monitor progress, measure success, and inform decision-making.
- Take full ownership of the feature/product, including performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate resilience, learn from experiences, recover from setbacks, and effectively evangelize the product vision.
- Stay updated on technology trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to shape product strategy and roadmap priorities.
- Partner cross-functionally to champion customer needs and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Communicate product vision clearly across teams — from engineering to executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience in technical environments; strong preference for background in tax & accounting SaaS products.
- Experience delivering projects involving AI, ML, GenAI, RPA, or related technologies.
- Highly collaborative with proven ability to work in cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
- Prior experience in Legal or Accounting domains is strongly preferred
