Job Description:
The Procurement and Supply Continuity Analyst is responsible for executing buying strategies aligned with material plans, ensuring supply continuity, improving supplier performance, and building capacity ahead of demand. The role works closely with sourcing, manufacturing, and supplier networks to deliver high-quality and cost-efficient materials.
Key Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with the sourcing team to identify improvement opportunities and enhance supplier processes.
Analyzing procurement initiatives to ensure cost-effective and quality-driven outcomes.
Presenting recommendations to senior procurement leaders for strategic decisions.
Applying sourcing policies, procedures, and compliance standards in daily procurement activities.
Acting as a communication link between Procurement and Manufacturing to support smooth operations.
Supporting order fulfillment by coordinating with suppliers on delivery schedules and resolving payment issues.
Collecting and analyzing supplier scorecard data to monitor and improve supplier performance.
Providing expediting and delivery support during supplier disruptions to ensure uninterrupted supply.
Supporting engineering releases, material planning, and timely execution of procurement activities.
Implementing supplier capacity management and risk mitigation strategies.

Negotiation excellence with the ability to use tools and techniques to achieve balanced contracts.
Strong understanding of procurement systems (PO, payment, quality, engineering release systems).
Supplier performance management through structured metrics and cross-functional efforts.
Supplier capacity planning and contract management.

Basic manufacturing knowledge to support procurement decisions.
Strong data analytics skills with the ability to derive insights and recommendations.

Experience & Skills:
