Shift Timing : 2 to 11 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented GCP Big Query Developer with strong SQL skills and basic proficiency in Python to join our data engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, particularly BigQuery, and be capable of writing efficient SQL queries to support data transformation, analytics, and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement data solutions using BigQuery and GCP-native services.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to support reporting and analytics use cases.
• Perform data validation, profiling, and quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and engineers to understand data needs.
• Write Python scripts for automation, orchestration, and lightweight data processing tasks.
• Monitor and improve performance of BigQuery workloads and queries.
• Maintain documentation of data flows, transformations, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or BI development.
• Proven hands-on experience with Google BigQuery and GCP data services (e.g., Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Dataflow – optional).
• Strong expertise in SQL, including analytical functions, joins, CTEs, and window functions.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for scripting and automation.
• Understanding of data warehouse concepts, data modeling, and normalization.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
