Job Description:
What You’ll Own:
Store performance optimization
Drive Like-for-Like (LFL) growth across COCO/FOFO stores: improve footfall → demo → conversion funnels, AOV/UPT, attachment rate (pillows/bases/protectors), and NPS.
Build weekly performance dashboards (traffic, CVR, ATV, UPT, CPA per walk-in, margin) and run structured growth sprints with store managers.
Standardize retail SOPs (VM, demo scripts, lead capture, appointment setting, CRM follow-ups).
Coach staff on selling skills; design incentives aligned to revenue, mix, and CSAT.
Reduce leakages: shrinkage control, returns/claims, discount discipline.
New region & store evaluation
Create a market prioritization model (macro demand, mattress category size, competitive density, rentaIs, capex, payback).
Own feasibility studies, site scoring, and P&L for each project (capex, opex, break-even, payback, IRR).
Lead end-to-end launches with cross-functional teams (legal/lease, design/VM, supply chain, HR, IT/POS).
Establish ramp-up playbooks to hit Month-3/Month-6 run-rate targets.
Offline marketing (BTL) & O2O
Plan and execute local area marketing (LAM): society/RWA activations, mall kiosks, RWAs, gated communities, corporate tie-ups, roadshows, mattress trial zones.
Manage store-catchment performance marketing (maps listings, discovery platforms) to drive quality walk-ins and appointment bookings.
Own BTL vendors/agencies: budgets, creative, production, permissions, and measurement.
Track cost-per-walk-in, cost-per-demo, cost-per-sale, and incrementality vs. baseline; reallocate spend to highest-ROI channels.
Integrate O2O: lead capture to CRM, appointment calendars, remarketing, and post-visit follow-ups.
Who You Are:
You have a Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Having 2-3 years of work experience in retail growth/expansion is a plus.
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
You have strong English communication skills.
You are comfortable with data analysis.
You have a customer-centric mindset.
You are a creative thinker and has the ability to adapt to changing market trends.
You are based in, or can relocate/work in, Gurgaon (will involve travelling).
