Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain front office cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings for senior staff.
- Maintain visitor logs and handle courier/dispatch.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Coordinate with sales and admin teams for client visits and property site meetings.
- Handle basic real estate documentation support (brochures, forms, agreement copies, etc.).

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Time management & multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of real estate terminology (preferred)
