Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain front office cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings for senior staff.
  • Maintain visitor logs and handle courier/dispatch.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with sales and admin teams for client visits and property site meetings.
  • Handle basic real estate documentation support (brochures, forms, agreement copies, etc.).
