Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics & communication (Only)
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct data research by collecting, analysing, and interpreting data sets.
Could be able to perform RCA and identify outliers in the data.
Helps the customers in troubleshooting the issues related to the system. Maintaining the SLA report.
Utilise business tools for data extraction, modelling, and troubleshooting to uncover the insights that help the customer for business growth.
Align with organizational goals, and values and contribute to long-term success.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to resolve common user issues.
Communicate clearly and politely with end users. Provide timely updates to users on the status of their reported issues.
Monitor system alerts or dashboards and report anomalies.
Requirements and skills:
Experience of 1-3 years in technical support to software products (B2B SaaS product)
Experience in customer service, technical support, ticketing tools, and troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in Excel Some knowledge of tools like Python/SQL.
Should understand the renewable energy business.
Strong team player while possessing the autonomy to manage his own workload.
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
Maintain professionalism in all customer and internal communications.
Be proactive in asking for help when stuck and contribute to team goals.
