Job Title: HR Recruiter
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our recruitment consulting team. The role involves hiring for multiple client organizations across industries. You’ll act as an external HR partner, understanding each company’s culture, values, and hiring needs to find the right talent that truly fits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for client companies—from understanding requirements to final offer.
- Work closely with client HR and leadership teams to grasp company culture, role expectations, and budget constraints.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other modern recruitment tools.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on skill fit and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate client interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
- Contribute ideas to improve sourcing efficiency and employer branding for clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in a consulting or agency setup.
- Strong understanding of hiring across multiple roles and industries.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Foundit, etc.).
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client mandates simultaneously.
